• Gold plated pieces are 24carat brass so if tarnish does appear the colour of the pendant remains similar.
•Each order includes a polishing cloth and care instructions to help maintain your jewellery.
•Orders are shipped from the UK, if purchasing from overseas, please check your country’s import/customs fees before ordering, as we are not responsible for additional charges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
