SHIPPING & ORDER INFORMATION

  • All sterling silver pieces are hallmarked 925.

  • Every order includes a polishing cloth and jewellery care instructions to help you keep your pieces looking their best.

  • Orders shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, and you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please carefully check all measurements, sizing and product details before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

  • If your jewellery needs resizing, repairs or replating, please visit our Fixing page for more information.

PRE-ORDERS

Some pieces are available as pre-orders and are made to order especially for you.

Please allow 2–5 weeks for your pre-order to be made and dispatched. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the piece and current order volume.

If you would like to check whether a particular piece is ready to ship before placing your order, please get in touch with me and I’ll be happy to let you know.

EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees or other charges when it arrives in your country.

Please check your country's current import and customs regulations before placing your order. Rare Bear is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

USA SHIPPING

Orders shipped to the USA will not be subject to additional import tax upon arrival. The cost of this is already reflected in the shipping price at checkout.
