FIXING & AFTERCARE

Jewellery gets worn, loved and lived in, and sometimes it needs a little care.

I offer resizing, selected repairs and re-gold plating on Rare Bear pieces.

As every piece and repair is different, please get in touch with a description of what you need, ideally including a few photos of the jewellery and the issue. I can then assess what’s needed and provide you with a quote and estimated timeline before any work goes ahead.

RESIZING

If your ring no longer fits quite right, I may be able to resize it for you. Resizing options depend on the design, material and how much the size needs to change.

REPAIRS

I offer repairs on selected pieces, depending on the damage and the construction of the jewellery. I’ll assess each piece individually and let you know whether it can be repaired and what the cost will be.

RE-GOLD PLATING

If your gold-plated jewellery has become worn over time, I offer a re-gold plating service to bring it back to its original finish.

Please note that not every piece can be repaired, resized or replated, so I’ll always assess your jewellery before confirming the service.
