REFUND POLICY 

All sales are final. Each piece by Rare Bear is crafted with care and attention to detail, and due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear.
