Muckle Stoorworm Pendant
Inspired by the mythology of the Mester Muckle Stoorworm - a tale which was brought to the Northern Isles of Scotland by Norse settlers.
As the most ferocious sea-beast, the Stoorworm was said to be so enormous that he could wrap himself around the entire world. His arrival once brought doom upon the Orkney Archipelago, but his tyranny was ended by the creative plan of a hapless daydreamer.

(illustrator, printmaker & storyteller) and cast and finished by jeweller Elle George (Rare Bear)

IMPORTANT INFOMATION:
All pieces in Sterling Silver are hallmarked 925.
The Silver has been oxidised for the design purpose.
Gold pieces are brass dipped in 24carat Gold Plate solution.
Each piece will come with a polishing cloth and instructions on how to care for your jewellery.
