Charms

All charms are slowly hand sculpted using the Lost Wax Process.

Some may be limited addition and some can be pre-orders. 
Any pre orders allow 2-4 weeks to be made and shipped out. Waiting time may be longer for international purchases. 

Every single piece is hand sculpted using wax or has been recreated using a mould of the originals, so sizes and weight may vary slightly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Price is for the pendant only 

• All Sterling Silver pieces are hallmarked 925.

• Gold plated pieces are 24carat brass so if tarnish does appear the colour of the pendant remains similar.

• Each order includes a polishing cloth and care instructions to help maintain your jewellery.

• Orders are shipped from the UK, if purchasing from overseas, please check your country’s import/customs fees before ordering, as we are not responsible for additional charges.

 REFUND POLICY 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

I cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear.
